Wonder if someone can help, I wanted to upgrade my 755. I was looking at a 4300 hydro with 4wheel drive, turf tires, 420 loader,47 backhoe and a 60 in belly mower

Tractor $16,600
loader $3,200
backhoe $6,300
mower $2900.

Total 29,500
less trade 11,000

due 19500

trade is a 1991 JD 755 hydro with 4 wheel drive,70 loader,turf tires,belly mower 60" and only 337 hours-1992 model-one owner in excellet shape

Is it a good deal? I was also worried about the size, I only have 3 acers but wanted to staryt up a landscaping business and wonder if this is a litlle to small-I debated going into a 4500 but no hydro and the 4600 is over 10K more, any advise is appreciated.

That's a high price on the tractor.

I bought a brand new 4300 hydro 2 months ago with the 47 hoe, 430 loader, 6' rear blade, 6' landscape rake, rear finish mower, and 65" tiller for $29,100. Plus I they threw in a JS61 self-propelled walk behind mower.

They should knock off another $3000 to get you in the ballpark. ....

I suspect it is like buying a car. With no trade in, they will offer you a better price on the new one. With a trade in, they don't discount the price much. Makes it look like they are giving you a good deal on your old one.
You would probably come out better to sell the used one yourself and buy the new one without a trade in. There is a lot of demand for good used compacts. ....

I think butz is right, your price looks high compared to what i've seen.

your 755 is kind of what i've been looking for for the therapy center. Where are you located? Bill bass may be right, you might do better on the new package if you sell your used one on your own.

stan ( in Wisconsin ) e-mail maneeffect@aol.com ....
