I know the questions of Manufacturers comes up a lot, but does anyone have anything bad to say about a King Kutter 5' 3pt Finishing Mower? I am considering a purchase and the King Kutter seems an economical choice, but I would much rather spend and extra $500 now and get the right mower that I will like and keep for many years! Also, what are the opinions on belly vs. 3pt. I only have an acre or so of grass, and no matter what, will need a weedwacker for those areas you cannot get to. I am leaning toward the 3pt. just based on price and ease of removal. Thanks!

I have a 6' KingKutter fishish mower. It works great. The only thing I can say badabout it is the factory paint job. It was so bad, I have since repainted it (for about 12$ of paint). To me, the extra $600-800 for a bushhog brand or woods was notworth the difference. Good Luck ....

Just compare a wood mower next to a King Cutter. Woods is well worth the extra money, it' built much better. As for the 3pt vs mid mount, 3pt mowers are much quicker and easier to attach and remove. ....

if you are only cutting an acre of grass, go for the king cutter,i have a NH belly mower and a king cutter 3pt brush hog, the woods and factory mowers will run all day every day, save your money, the farmers here say most of the wear and tear on the mowers is from storing them outside in the wintermore than using them. ....
