Arien Grand Sierra 2200

I am considering an Arien Grand Sierra. I like the fact that it is gasoline, and the smaller size. I know that it might not have the wieght of say a Deere 4100, but I think that it would be ample for mowing 2-3 acres and light dirt and driveway work. The price that I have been quoted is $7000 for the tractor and $1200 for the 48" belly mowing deck. The tractor has a catergory 0 3 point, it appears that there are some light duty blades and maybe rear mower that will fit. Any experiences or suggestions appreicated.
