They look like pieces of junk, but what do I know? I need a tiller for weekend farming in some hard pan, rocky soil. Would these do the trick? What's a fair price. Appreciate any opinions. Thanks, Bob A.

Don't know what type of tillers you are refering to but I just purchased a Bush Hog 72" tiller to put behind a NH 35hp tractor. I rented many tractors, all with tillers prior to my decision. Most of the tillers were 60" being run by a 26 - 30hp tractor. This larger one I purchased has no problems being behind the 35hp tractor. I live in North TX where the ground is incredibly hard. Usually I reserve tilling after a rain regardless of hp or width of tiller. so far so good with 15 hours on the tiller. ....
