Glow plug heater light

Hello
My glow plug light will not shut off, and I am not certain the heater is even working. I have TC48DA New Holland. I have replaced heater relay, replaced ignition switch, checked the timer switches for ohms with and without voltage to them. Cannot find the issue, I hear relay click when I turn the key, but dont hear it go off. I pulled all wires to the relay because I needed to use the tractor and the light is still on. Scratching my head here. Any help is appreciated
