Belarus 825 3PH arms locked in up position

Three point hitch arms have to be locked up for the auxiliary hydraulics (three levers on right) to work. If not locked those three levers raise and lower arms or use draft levers on right side of seat. Trying to put post pounder on and can not use with 3 point arms locked up . Any ideas will be appreciated !!
