Hinomoto clutch problem

Parked tractor about a month ago and everything worked perfect. Went to use it this week and clutch does not work, no previous indication of a problem. Any ideas ?

All rods to clutch are on.

The disc may have stuck to the flywheel. I've run them in high gear w/clutch depressed, & hit the brakes to break them loose. Be careful can damage transmission or loose control if done to hard. Better way is to run a mower or tiller with clutch depressed. ....
