Just a few photos of the FEL. When I purchased my 6284 it came with the front blade. I use that to plow snow in the winter. I wanted a FEL, but could not locate any Cub Cadet versions anymore. Westendorf was the only one that would still make one for the 6284.

Actually I had just purchased the forks. The forks have a lip that hooks on the front. On the rear of the forks there are chains that go around the back and then clamps over the top edge.
I have use the forks to move brush around. It works good. You can push under or load the brush on and then just drop it out. ....
