Bx220 Help

Hey guys have borrowed a bx220. Very nice little backhoe. Hydraulics getting real sluggish am assuming fluid is low. Can someone tell me exactly where the hydraulic fluid check/ fill port is. Also how do you open the hood to check oil, power steering etc. thanks

The hood opening is a little lever on the dash to the right of the steering column, The hydraulic fill is on the back of the differential in the center top. The dip stick is to the left of it.

for what you have stated it probably isn't low. ....
