Could Someone tell me the Specifications on the John Deere 950 MFWD Tractor. I was looking for the Engine Displacement, the Engine and PTO HP, and the standard features of the 950 MFWD. Do these tractors seem to be as reliable as the 750, 850, and 1050 ???? Any problem years to avoid when buying used ????? I would want to pull a 7 foot finish mower behind it, would the 950 have enough horsepower to pull it ???? Thanks for the Help !!!!

As far as avoiding any particular year, I would shy away from the first couple of years they were built. These units did not have a two stage clutch. They did however have a built-in over-running clutch to compensate, but weren't as convenient for pto work. Otherwise all years were very reliable tractors. ....
