The left side hydraulic loader arm is weaker and slower then the right side. does anyone know why

Not sure how you tell one is weaker or slower, unless you can bench test them.

But here goes: The seal on the shaft rod could be bypassing oil. Easy fix remove rod check cylinder for wear install new seal. ....
