Front PTO Hydraulic Pump

My tractors loader runs off of an internal hyd pump. The result is slow operation of my loader without the maximum lift capacity. I have contacted a couple of dealerships inquiring about a front PTO pump without any results. I have seen older tractors with front mounted PTO pumps and I was wondering if any after market kits were available out there or if this was something that would have to be cobbled together. Any body know?
