hi, i have a john deere 110 TLB. i was using it the other day, the machine was idling them it just shut off. now it wont do anything. the only light on the dash that comes on is the service light which is flashins a code of (short, short, long , short). the work lights turn on just fine along with the signals and brake lights. but nothing esle. i checked the safty sensors and they seem fine. i am lost.
any pointers would be great!

I'd call the dealer's service manager and ask him what the code means---without having an expensive service call or inspection, then go from there. Usually, for me, dealers are nice enough to give you frre info knowing you'll be back if the solution is beyond your ability or you will come back to buy parts. ....
