My question for the day. After looking at a JD1070 today w/ 240hrs I decided to purchase it. The asking price w/ a 440 loader off another tractor he has is $16,000.. He has a 460 loader in another state that he will part with for an additional $500. ,but he really wants me to take the 440. The 460 has a much bigger capacity (Maybe too big?)than the 440 which was used on rental machines and therefore is not cosmeticly that nice, although solid. THE BIG QUESTION. DOES ANYONE KNOW FOR SURE IF THE 660 WILL FIT A 1070. Theoretically, if the 460 fits the new 990 (which is a 1070) then it should fit my machine. I would appreciate any solid info on this. Thanks
