Don't know the hp of your tractor, but if the tractor and blower type are around mine, you'll probably be OK.

I'm running a 54" blower (maybe a bit larger. I never measured it) with 24hp pto. It's a single stage type and has a 4 bladed fan. The fan and throwing design affect hp requirements as does auger length.

Haven't had the auger up to its eyeballs in snow yet but imagine the tractor will do OK. At least, my blower is what a dealer matched for my tractor. I expect I can blow a good snow fall in 2nd range reverse, and I probably don't want to back up any faster than that anyway.
