I have a Kubota L3010 with approximately 45 hours on it. Its primary current use is blowing snow with a five foot blower, and moving snow with the loader. I noticed what appeared to be something leaking on the snow. I checked all fluid levels, and hoses for leaks. None that I could find, and the fluid levels were fine. But, I notice that my loader doesn't seem to have as much power as before. I can't lift my front wheels off the ground when I press the loader against the ground, something I could do earlier. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Most likely hydraulic/transmission fluid, and it shouldn't be leaking at 45 hours.
I first checked the hydraulic/transmission oil level on my Ford 1710 by wipping the dip stick, screwing it back in and then checking the level. The level always read high. Didn't take me too long to read the operator's manuel in detail. The manual said check the levels without screwing in the dip stick. If my levles had been low, I would have read them as OK. Maybe your situation is something as simple, but hope there's a warranty on your machine. ....
