I currently own an old gear shift Kubota, but am looking to upgrade to a newer model compact. I ran accross this used but very nice Massey Ferguson 1225 today. Overall very good condition, 4WD, 60"MMM, PS, HSD, good tires and about 500 hours. The bracket for loader is already there, and the dealer said he could add the rest for a few thousand. I feel I can get this unit for $10K out the door including the loader and the existing 60"MMM. Only problem is I know very little about Massey, let alone the 1225. Any comments or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

No. Usually I'm using the Kubota forum, sometimes Deere or New Holland. Thats why I need an opinion or two from someone with Massey experience. Any comments on the 1225?

Thanks,

JF ....
