I also have an E154, and from what everyone says the manuals are all in Japanese. I putchased a parts manual though, because at least it has exploded views. it has helped on the one problem that i have with the tractor. Otherwise this unit does a hell of a job for its size. ....

I have a Hinomoto E152 but the filters should be the same for the E154. The oil filter is FRAM PH2870A, the fuel filter is NAPA 3390. You can buy Hinomoto parts and other greymarket tractor parts from Homestead Tractor Parts 760-240-1062. They are located in Apple Valley, CA. Hope this helps you. ....
