Purchased a ST1620 Kumiai everything worked fine when I bought it, after short time 3 pt will not raise. It makes no difference which position draft control is in. Never heard any noise that would make think it was a pump problem. I'm going to drain system and clean filter. What I'm wandering is there another lever or something I could have accidently hit and it's letting system by-pass.

I don't think you have a lever problem. Continue what you are doing cleaning the system. You may have some trash in a check valve. Call us if your efforts are unsuccessful and we'll help troubleshoot the problem. Bill - satohparts.com - 1-800-609-5110 ....
