everytime I turn off my tractor mower I blow a fuse any suggestions

My mower wouldnt start and I checked everything out and only thing I could find was a fuse was bad..I didn't even now I had fuses on the mower nothing in my book about it..I replaced the fuse and she started right up..but I turned her off and she wouldnt start again and I checked and the fuse was blown again..It seems everytime I turn off the mower it blows a fuse..Any suggestions??thanks in advancetom
