What would the "bluebook", or fair market value be for a MF 1045, 10-16 yrs old, 4wd, 9x3 trans, 1700 hrs, model 223 loader, cab with heater, 30 pto hp from a121 cu.in.engine?

Scott, ok here goes, this tractor was built or sold by MF from 86 to 91, it is a 122 cu in diesel/35 gross hp/30 pto, weighs in at 3825 pounds without loader. Now for prices and it varies by year from $8512 (86) to $9986 (91), again these are prices without loader so add about 1.5 to 2 K for it.
