What part numbers/kits do I need to add hydraulic remotes for the front and/or rear? Does Kubota sell these in a kit that a competent gear head can install, or do I need to have the dealer haul it back and take care of it.

Kubota does sell kits for remote plugs. There are several sites that list the kit number, or see your dealer. I found that I could purchase the parts, have the hoses made up, and do it myself for a lot less than what Kubota wanted for kits. There price was a little unreasonable. Check your waranty if you decide to go that way, otherwise stick to the kits. ....

You are looking at roughly 600 per valve complete and they are stackable. Probably can do it your self. ....

Huck: If the rear remotes are for the hydraulic auger idea it would be very good to get an opinion whether the tractor hydraulics will carry the heat load. Heavy backhoe use from tractor hydraulics can over-heat the oil and motors tend to be an even heavier load on the system. ....

Thatks. It was something my dealer had suggested when I asked if this phd would work here.... Knowing I had the backhoe, he said I could do a small hydraulic mount one on either the loader or the backhoe. Just wanted to figure out what the remotes ran if I decided to put one up front or rear.

We just set one up with hoses to the front for a grapple, one to the rear. ....
