I have been reading about the various tractors (Jinma/Farmrpo, Kama, etc.) and am looking to become a dealer for one of the brands. Any dealers out there with a recomendation on which is the best for the money, spare parts, reliability, etc? I am already in the import business and will be flying to Shanghai soon and want to look at several first hand along with ATVs . Any advice on tractors and ATVs would be appreciated.

The dealers who have sold the Jinmas and Kamas seem to think the Kama is a better tractor. I would like to find out more on the Benyes and Fotons also. The Benye and the Jinma seem to be the only one that makes the 224s. A perfect size for what i'm looking for. One place says the Benye has a cat. 0 3 point and another place says it is a cat. 1 so i would like to know what it really is . ....

I would recommend that you look on e-bay and note the number of bids, or the lack thereof, on various tractors that you might be thinking of importing. To become a dealer for Asian tractors, in some instances, only requires that you buy a container of tractors and start selling them. Lots of folks have done just that. Time will tell, but my observation is that the market is saturated and not as profitable as it once might have been. If I am wrong it will not be the first time. Lots of luck. ....

I can't say which is best, I looked at a few and they all seemed good to me. I can say that the dealer I bought my Aggie (B2920) from said he sold 84 of them at the Minnesota State Fair (10 days) last year and if he averaged $1500 net (and I suspect he did better than that) per unit he did a lot better then I did!
I think being successful in the biz is how you deal with people more than which color you sell. I firmly believe that if you're good you'll be successful or find a way to be successful.
This has been a snowy year in Wisconsin and so far I like my little AgaCat more each time I use it, can't be beat for the money. ....
