I HAVE A 94 GATOR 6X4 WITH AN INTERMITENT PROBLEM IT RUNS FINE THEN WILL STUMBLE AND SHUT DOWN I HAVE REPLACED FUEL FILTER FUEL PUMP AND EMPTIED FUEL TANK AND CLEANED I HAVE BLOWN THRU FUEL LINES TO CLEAR AND STILL THE PROBLEM PERSISTS ANY IDEAS?

Check the black and white wire coming out of one of the two 4 prong plugs by the main harness from the motor. It needs to be grounded securely to the motor. Also check the 4 prong plug for corrosion. ....

I had the exact isues, dealt with it for 3 years. Augie had a tech fix it at Mooresville Indiana dealership. I literally had 6 dealers try over and over, for years. It was so intermittent they could not fix it. I think it was something to do with, well I know it was the timing. I dont care what anyone tells you, its something to do with the timing. And it does require replacing something they will not want to replace, but they did it for me and it did not cost me a dime because of all I had been thru.Now it runs great! ....

I did try the black and wires and it worked...seemed to have a bad connection in the ingnition. Thanks for the heads up on the timing! ....
