Urgent Tractor Value Needed

I have a chance to purchase a YM 1500 4 wheel drive with a new 4 ft. bushhog and grader box for $3,750. SN is 2TR15-14490. Tractor seems to be in good condition, good paint, no re-paint, sounds and runs good. Is this a good price. Can anyone advise of the age, availability of parts, where to get a manual and any pros and cons.
