Advice on a YM3110D

Hi Fellas,
This message board is great! I've recently purchased a farm and am looking at a YM 3110D that a fellow has for sale with 800 hrs. on it. It looks real clean and he wants $7800.00 for it. Is this a fair price? Are parts readily available for this machiene in the states? Any particular problems that this model has I can look for. The farm has trees on it, is this tractor perhaps extra large in size that it might be a problem with trees? Thanks in advance for any advice you guys might offer.

Most common parts are available in the states. Price is fair, if in good condition. ....
