I have a 2003 TH 6X4 Diesel gator. I replaced the glow plugs and relay, started and ran great until last week.

The fuel solenoid smoked. I replace the solenoid and the battery. Started and ran for a day, then smoked as a started it the next day and put into gear.

Both times, when the fuel solenoid went out, it smoked a lot. It also happened both times as I put it into forward. It kept running, but wouldn't start after I shut it off. I'm sure the pull out portion of the solenoid is fried, but can't figure out why.

The yellow wires from the differential switch are warm to the touch, which seems odd. If I unplug the solenoid connector, the wires don't get hot.

Any ideas?
