I have a Allis Chalmers wd 45 (1928) tractor that does not have a 3 pt hitch. I need to know if it can be converted or if anyone knows were I can find the old stlye bush hog. thanks

As far as I know none of the very old AC tractors can be converted to 3PH including the WD45. It is possible that there is a kit out there, but I doubt it.

On those tractors a brush hog pulled from the drawbar was used that had wheels and a remote hydraulic cylinder for lifting the unit. That type of brush hog is certainly still available new or used. This was the standard configuration for many (most) brush hogs prior to the widespread use of 3PH. ....

You may want to try Worksaver at the attached link. Their web page apparently doesn't list applications, but they do build 3-point hitch conversions that are supposed to be good quality.
The members at the Antique tractor board may be able to help also; they have a dedicated AC board. http://www.ytmag.com
