It may be. There are "sleeves" available to slip over the Cat 0 pins to increase them to the Cat I size. One company than makes them is Speeco. Try looking for them at places like Tractor Supply, Farm & Fleet, etc. Most Cat 0 implements are very light duty and may not be up to the horsepower of the Cat I tractor. ....

Cat. 0 is much narrower than Cat. 1, however, if you use a Cat. 1 draw-bar, the flat kind that goes from lift-arm to lift-arm, and bolt the Cat. 0 device to it you can use the standard top link, I have done this many times it works well.
