Round bales go from 600 lbs to over a ton. How big are those you will be moving? ....

I have a TC45 and it will handle about a ton on the front of the 16LA FEL without difficulty. It will handle more than that on the 3PH, so you should be OK.
The capability specifications also refer to the distance from the tractor, so if you are going to be extending far beyond the specified distance, you will likely have to carefully consider your ballast and balance if you are considering any load at or near a ton. ....

Of course, the distance the weight is centered from the link pins or bucket pivots affects the weight that can be lifted as well as the tractor balance. 2' is a common spec definition for a 3ph and at the bucket pivots is common for loaders.
Most 3ph's and loaders are capable of lifting more than their specs, so like AC said it's likely a feasible idea provided adequate counter weighting is used but the lift speed may be pretty slow. The weight of even a 4' diameter bale would be centered beyond the spec definitions so use would be the other side of the official safety parameters, but maybe these are the 600 lbs. version of round bales. I remember some as small as 60 lbs. from the old round balers. Between the load and the counter-weight needed for large bales, it'd be good to avoid speed on rough roads.

I agree with Tom. I expect that you are wanting to use a spear or set of forks on the 3PH, but I don't know for sure. IF that is what you intend to do, you will probably want to get the FEL which is handy and will also balance the weight on the rear.
Lifting a ton or so will require your full attention on a tractor this size. Go slow and operate safely.
We had one of those old Allis Chalmers Rotobalers that made the smaller bales on the farm where I grew up. That was a pretty good setup, but it seemed that the overall scale of farming got bigger and bigger. Sometime in the mid 1970s, we also got one of the first large round balers and it also worked well. (Vermeer Brand, I think) ....
