1040 MF Price

I am looking for a small tractor to mow 20 acres with. I have found a 1040 MF with 963 hours, it has been garage kept and has very good turf tires on it. It also comes with a 6 ft. Farm King mower. The asking price is $6,000. Does any body have an idea what the set up is worth?

Machinerylink.com gives a range of 5900-7300 assuming it is a 4wd, 1986 model. That's without the mower.
