MF 1635 3pt hitch wont raise PLEASE HELP

I need your HELP. I replaced the Hydrostat transmission in my MF 1635. The new transmission works great. Now the 3 pt hitch will not raise. The external linkage is working. As part of the tranny change I removed the platform and split the cases. New hydraulic oil and filter. It makes no sound like it is trying to lift the hitch. I am baffled. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
