After loading 18 ton of concrete in a dumpster when it had 50 hrs,03 bx2200,i thought my bx was unbreakable,just got fill dirt for my spare lot ,31 loads by double axle trucks,and 42 f350 dump truck loads,while moving these huge pyles of dirt,almost finished,heard a loud bang /pop,started looking under tractor and found front driveshaft,u joint near carrier bearing, blew a cap off,very proud of this machine to do what its done with only a minor thing like this going bad,dealer is fixing under warranty! One could say kubota carrys its own weight!

Wow, impressive. I've been holding off on working mine too hard, only 35 hours. I'm waiting for that first 50 hour service. Sounds like you're having fun, though. ....

Tractor has 132hrs on it now,loaded -spread last 4 loads in 2wd w/front shaft removed! had to use bucket a few times to get tractor unstuck,still mows grass in the mean time! ....

Got my bx back together,4x4 works great but stiil had the weird grinding/creaking noise,only in 4x4, quiet in 2wd,turned out to be the front axle pivot point! I lubed the bolt that goes through the axle housing and retorqued to 15lbs,per factory shop manuel ,and noise gone! ....

Sorry about your troubles, I've got customers that are doing about the same as you and loving there little tractors! We've got some in the area well over the one thousand hour range and they are still using them for everything you can imagine. ....

Thanks for the concern Art,but i have nothing but praise for this little tractor its also pulled out fully loaded logging truck,a van out of a ditch,"sideways",wouldnt trade it for the world,this tractor laughs at abuse! Just wanted to share my adventures with the group,kubotas rule! Craig. ....
