The past few times I have taken my loader off to mow the grass, it has been a pain to hook up the hydraulic lines (mainly just the one). The one that is giving me the trouble is if you are setting on the tractor, it is the bottom right. It's almost as if the the pressure is too great. I have to keep pushing it on a little and let the pressure off then it goes on. What could cause this? Any tricks to hooking it up? I've tried hooking it up first and last. I thought maybe it was when I bumped up against it when lining it up that it may have put pressure on the arms or something, but I didn't even touch it Saturday and the same thing. Keep in mind, I am unhooking the loader on a relatively flat gravel drive. It's nothing major, but just a little agravating when in a hurry.

Common problem. When removing the loader, after the loader frame is removed from the tractor, shut the tractor off and move the joystick around to all positions before disconnecting the hydraulic lines. The frame will move slightly when you do this, but will not be out of position enough to effect installation. By turning off the tractor and moving the joystick, you will relieve any pressure in all the lines before you disconnect them. Plugging back in will be much easier. I do this consistantly with my 7800 without any problems. Good Luck. ....

Beagle did a great job, I also recommend shutting the tractor off before reconnecting and moving the joystick into all four spots to relieve the pressure before trying to hook up. ....

Thanks fellas, I knew there was something I was missing. I went back and checked the manual and everything. I think the problem was I caught a case of CRS. I was moving the loader handle around before hooking it back up but forgot to do it before unhooking it.
Thanks again ....
