Selling 1983 B7100HST 4wd with 48" belly mower, snow plow, lift boom and other misc. parts. Has <1400 hrs. No leaks, no major issues. Used regularly - just too big for property. What's a fair price?

You should be plus or minus the 5000 dollar range depending on the extras and there usefulness to the new owner. ....
