B21 or L35

I have a question regarding which Kubota utility tractor to purchase, the B21 or L35?I have a 5 acres piece of land that was logged by the previous owner 4 years ago. There are some stumps that have to be removed and the soil is fairly compacted with 4"-8" rocks. I am planning to spend about 3-5 years using the tractor for construction and landscaping work on the property. I will also be using 3 acres for growing vegetables, so the ground will have to be broken up, stumps and roots pulled up, and rocks discarded. The ground will be tilled on a seasonal basis.I have a limited budget and had initially considered getting the L3010HST with a loader and backhoe but the B21 and L35 seems better suited for construction work. Will the B21 be sufficient for breaking up the ground and tilling or would I need the power of a L35? The dealers I spoke to seemed to have different opinions. I will appreciate any suggestions.Thank you.
