Kubota M5400 good or bad

Bare with me, I am new with Kubota. Looking at a M5400 to replace an Oliver 1600. Please share any Pros or Cons about the M5400 has a Woods 1020 Loader mounted. Meter says 2000 hrs. Is the price right at $11,500? Use would include mowing fields with a 6' rotary, limited snow removal. Would it pull a four bottom plow?
