I have a BX22 and I am considering the purchase of a 3ph blower, front mounts are beyond my budget, just wanted to know what is the maximum width this tractor will cmfortabley handle. A local farm dealer has a 64" for 1695.00 (new). It just seems that might be too big for my tractor. Let me know what you think.

When a manufacturer offers a 50" for the front I normally relate to that as a good width. Knowing Kubota's consevative nature on there equipment I put a 54" on the back of a freinds and it's great, and we did a lite 60" trade-in on one and that seems good. I was worried to go anymore than that and I would think the 64" would be a handful. With the blower going back and getting covered with snow while working you will be quite heavy. Needless to say with a hydro if you put an 84" there you still could find a speed to run it might just look a little funny. Anyone got a camara handy! ....
