My L3130 was delivered yesterday morning without a block heater. The deliverman called the dealership. At 5PM the serviceman showed up and installed one. I think that's pretty good service.

You have a good one! I would have tried to put you off to a later service call, maybe hoping to find a warrantee issue to help defray the cost of the seperate trip. That was an expensive block heater to the dealer! ....
