Pricing for BX2200

I am new to the compact tractor world, but I think I have figured out what I'm looking for to maintain the new house and property. What is a good price range for the following:

Kubota BX2200 with:
backhoe
front end loader
60" MMM
60" front snow blower
bar tires with chains and weights

Just looking for a "ball-park' estimate for budgeting.
Moving into the new house in Nov. 03.
Most likely not buying a tractor till `04.

I was really suprised on another post, I think Murf was saying how reasonable shipping a tractor is. I will certainly consider makeing that work for me on my next purchase ! ....
