kubota loader back hoe gst

i am looking to purchase my first tractor this month.i am looking at a 3410 gst.first would you pay the extra for a bh90 backhoe and is a frame mount on a kubota recommended.i plan on plowing/grading/snowblowing (front) a lot of digging and using the loader.no mowing.is a round back bucket needed and or worth the money? is the gst the right pick for my uses? i live in central vermont and we grow rocks.
