We have a Kubota B7100 HST, Diesel, 4x4, 715 hours, with front and back blades, tiller(Rhino) and box scraper(Tractor supply), runs good, good tires with chains and kept in the garage. My dad owned it and passed away recently. We have been asking $8750. Does this sound like a reasonable price? My dad took care of his equipment, so we would like to get a fair price. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your dad. The B7100 is a good product that is no longer in production. The price you are asking is fair if it has a front end loader but may be on the high side. The hours on the machine are also high but within range. I can appreciate the machine being garaged and kept in good condition and that will help you get your price. Another option would be to sell the tractor on consignment through your local Kubota dealer. They may charge a 10% commission and this is the best time of year to sell a compact diesel. My condolences.
I agree, if the tractor has a frontloader, believe it or not usually will make the sale. It will be alot more difficult to sell at a higher price without. Where about is it located ? Perhaps can try or demo? ....
