BX2200 PTO SELECTOR LEVER STUCK

Brand New BX2200, I can't shift the PTO selector lever out of the mid position. I've tried everything in neutral, idle low etc... any suggestions or similar problems that any of you have had? I don't want to break it. It seems to have alot of flex in it.

When tractors are new there is paint everywhere and things are tight anyway. I would move both levers back and forth with some effort and it should release. When you get it to move take the extra time to move it several more times to loosen it up well and then you should be in good shape. ....
