B21 for ag use

I plan to buy a tractor for ag use around my 17 acre weekend home. I have a mile of steep driveway to maintain as well as light brush cutting, ditching, and augering to take care of. In order to justify my purchase, I will use the tractor in my construction business. Nothing too heavy, just light landscaping and footings on small jobs. I don't plan to dig basements or cut hay. Would a B21 be my best choice since it has a sturdier backhoe mount. Or would the L2600DT with a 3 point backhoe be sufficient?
The upgrade to the B21 will cost about $3500. Is it money well spent and how difficult is it to change from the backhoe to the 3 point attachements?
