I am buying a house with 2.3 acres, flat land. The owner has a B6200 with blade, mower and fertilizer bucket. What is a good price for this package?

I just paid $5,700 for a B 6200 with front end loader and gear tranny. I don't know if I got rooked or a good deal. Seems pretty fair. Mine was a 1988 model, they made the B-6200 from 1982 to 1992 ....
