80s Kubota L245DT value

I have the opportunity to purchase(1500 obo) a L245DT tractor/loader in none running(vandalized,sand in engine) condition. The tractor is complete and appears to be in good overall condition. I am not familiar with this brand and would like to get a rough salvage value and also what they go for in good running condition. I know a lot depends on the tractor but any help would be appeciated.Also whats a rough est. on the price of a engine overhaul kit and decal set for this tractor. Thanks
