Pricing on Kubota tractor backhoe

Need assistance on pricing and dependability for the above two machines. There is an auction here in Abilene and I need a tractor and/or backhoe for general use around a 40 acre farm/ranch where I will be putting in roads, digging holes to plant trees, remove scrub oak, etc. The auction is Saturday. The equipment has been used by a general rental center that has gone out of business. The tractor has 1256 hours and the backhoe has 767 hours. Please let me know anything you can share with me.
