Sorry if I mis-name the parts. Working with the loader yesterday, I noticed that the little brass bolt that keeps one of the FEL pins in its socket was vibrating. I have no problem tightening it up a bit, but is that a symptom of some other problem? The FEL is brand new (3 hours of use). Thanks

Chances are that is a lock nut on the bolt that is vibrating. I wonder about the amount of vibration but on the other hand if left loose it allows the main pin to move some. These pins often freeze up, some from lack of grease all together or from grease but maybe not getting to all points. The Kubota pins are grooved and are a center grease fitting unlike those that just have the grease fitting threaded into the cylinder end. I'd not worry to much about it being either way but if the nut is a lock nut and it was threaded into the lock then it would be fine. ....

Thanks Art, glad to know my FEL isn't desintegrating on me. I'll keep an eye on it. I don't want to loose the lock nut from being loose. ....
