L4850 shuttle shift transmission slipping

Transmission will not engage in higher gears, Middle gears slow to engage, low gears(1st thru 3rd)engage ok....Any ideas what's causing this??? Thanks in advance for the help....

I do believe that is a wet clutch and the first I'd want to do is check pressures to see if that might help isolate the problem. Have the fluids been changed regularly? ....
