OK disc is around $100 pressure plate about $110 throw out bearing $30 should put in new bolts and bearing springs. With frt somewhere around $300 should put it all back new.
Hey I have shop manuals if needed. Or will fax you the pages involving clutch.
Now for time, you will use up a weekend just look it over and plan an attack with plenty of jack stands and a good floor jack.
If you need a firm price on parts e-mail me and I will check stock and reply monday.
My address is on the kioti home site as" big tractor supply"

Thanx, Big Tractor.I could certainly use the info on clutches but I have no fax number.Ihave a number that I can use but am hesitant to put it out where all can read the number. I haven't broken it in two yet but it acts more like some of the interior linkage or nuts and bolts have come undone or broken. Will send a post it when I open it up.

When you install the clutch you will not have a line up tool. Take about 20 minutes to line the disc by tightening up the pressure plate a bit and then you can move the disc around to center. You should be able to feel the outer edges of the disc with your fingures to get it just about exact. I did this the other day on a 45 and the tractor slid together like butter. Do not get impatient this is the most important part. ....

I imagine that you'll have a manual that gives procedures and any required adjustments. I think that many new or rebuilt pressure-plates are pre-adjusted but the finger heights on some need to be adjusted. My manual calls for a gauge but there are probably tricks to avoid using a gauge. Double clutches often require more adjustments and call for more special tools. It'd probably be good to replace the pilot bearing(s) while you're at it and inspect the flywheel.
Some care taken to pull the tractor apart in a straight line and maybe chulk the jack so it doesn't move may simplify the alignment tinkering. On many 4wd tractors blocking the engine rails against the front axle has to be done unless an over-head hoist is used. Without blocks, the front-end can turn on its pivot point and fall over. ....

Dave,
Here is what I found.Clutch lever arm welds had come undone and the arm was not fully rotateing the shaft. Therefore the thrust bearing was not fully engageing the tabs on the pressure plate. I am going to weld it up and see what happens. I'll keep you posted.

Everyone,The clutch problem turned out to be the welds on the clutch lever arm. They were just gradually giving away and therefor rotating on the shaft. All internal clutch parts were up to spec and like brand new, virtually no wear.Thank you all for the input and I now am an expert on break one in the middle to do a clutch.
Thanx ....
